Day 1 : Arrival-San Jose

Arrive by air into San Jose. A representative from Costa Rican Trails will meet you at the airport and provide transfer to the Hotel for your first night in Costa Rica.

Day 2 : Arenal Volcano (B-D)

Arenal’s perfectly symmetrical shape makes it a sightseer’s dream, while its abundance of outdoor activities makes it an easy place to check things off your “must-do in Costa Rica” list.

One of the nicest volcanoes in Costa Rica, cloud forests, a lake world-famous for windsurfing and an incredibly diverse population of wildlife is what you will find in this area.

late afternoon visit to the trails of El Silencio and the volcanic thermal mineral pools at Tabacon Hot Springs , where you can enjoy a healthy and relaxing soak and enjoy of a delicious dinner.

Day 3 : Cano Negro Wildlife Refuge (B-L)

The Cano Negro Wildlife Refuge and the Rio Frio are biological humid areas considered to be one of the richest in biological diversity in Costa Rica. Here you can find a great variety of resident and migratory birds plus three different species of monkeys, also iguanas, sloths, turtles and caymans.

The tour starts when we you up at your hotel in a very comfortable bus for the 1,5 hour Transfer to Los Chiles, a culturally mixed village only 4-km from the Nicaraguan border. Here your boat waits for your river adventure, at that time we begin our 2,5 hour floating safari through Tropical Rain Forest and pastures until we arrive at the marsh. An experienced English - Spanish speaking guide leads the tour.

Along the river we can see howler monkeys, spider monkeys, white-faced monkeys, also the three-toed sloth and some reptiles like caimans, Jesus Christ lizard and turtles.

Day 4 : Panama Beach (B)

Time to relax on the beach!! Transfer to Panama Beach in Guanacaste.

Playa Panamá is one mille extension of taupe sand beach is bathed by clear waters with a soft current. One of the friendliest places on the northern
Guanacaste shores, as locals here mix easily with visitors to create an environment that is perfect for those who want some peace and quiet. Ideal for tourists who enjoy sunbathing, long walks along the shore, and a tranquil atmosphere.

Many water sports can be enjoyed including fishing, swimming, and windsurfing, among others, from a beach surrounded by the exuberant
vegetation after which the beach was named.

Day 5 : Sunset Kuna Vela Sunset Cruise (B)

Pacific Ocean sunsets are not to be missed. Experience a relaxing and unforgettable sailing under breathtaking colors while enjoying great music, tropical rum punch and gourmet snacks. Make sure your camera is ready for the dolphin show! Unforgettable. Included: Boat pick up. Meals: Fruits, Gourmet snacks, Open bar (beers, sodas, rum punch, juices). Duration: 3:00pm to 6:00pm
