Ocean View Room: In spacious and comfort, this oversized room features a king or two double beds. From your private balcony relax and listen the sounds of the surf or gaze at the breathtaking panoramic ocean views. From here you will experience some of the most incredible sunsets in the world.
Villa Suite: The bungalow style unit offers a roomy bedroom with two double beds, a large bathroom with a garden theme. After a long day hiking through the jungle or enjoying time at the beach, relax and unwind on your private terrace with a dazzling view of the glittering Pacific Ocean and the national park.
Premier Ocean View Room: Brand new in 2006, this airy contemporary style, spacious rooms feature either a king or a queen bed with an additional futon. Some units also feature a kitchenette and are handicap accessible. Situated at the highest point in Manuel Antonio, the Premier rooms boast incredible panoramic ocean views of Manuel Antonio beaches and national park.
Double Connecting Room: For friends and families. Each large room offers a king bed and private bathroom, the larger room including a spacious sitting area that leads out to a private terrace overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Situated on the corner of the hotel, this room features breathtaking views of Manuel Antonio beaches and national park, and some of the most spectacular sunsets in the world.

Hotel La Mariposa is a small exclusive hotel with stunning 270 degree views that overlook the indigo waters of the Pacific Ocean, the city of Quepos, Damas Island and Manuel Antonio National Park. The hotel offers a charming, elegant, ambience that combines Spanish Colonial architecture with tropical exuberant vegetation; panoramic cobalt water views with white arches, gourmet dining with luxurious tropical gardens, open air terraces with warm sea breeze and fresh water pools with light blue skies.

Manuel Antonio, Quepos
The trip takes approximately 3 hours driving from San José. When leaving San José take the main Pan American highway (Carretera Interamericana) going North towards Puntarenas. The highway will pass the Juan Santa María airport. Stay on the Interamericana for about 10-15 minutes more, until you see an exit for a town (pueblo) called Atenas. There is a sign that reads Atenas / Orotina / Jaco. Take this exit and continue driving for about 2 hours following the signs to Jacó. You will pass the entrance to Playa Jaco, continue driving straight for about 1 more hour, following the signs to Quepos and Manuel Antonio. Once you arrive at Quepos, follow the signs to Manuel Antonio. On the top of the hill you will find Café Milagro Coffee Shop. From this Coffee Shop turn right. Hotel La Mariposa is located 1 block from the main road, on the left hand side.
